Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 1989 is a vintage, prestige-cuvée Champagne produced in Épernay, France. Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is the original Belle Époque vintage cuvée, first appearing in 1964. Instantly recognisable throughout the world, its bottle is adorned with the graceful spray of Japanese white anemones created for Maison Perrier-Jouët by Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé in 1902. The 1989 Champagne vintage is widely considered one of the greatest of the late 20th century, often compared to legendary years like 1945, 1959 and 1964.
