St Henri is a time-honoured and alternative expression of Shiraz unusual among high quality Australian red wines as it is matured in 50+ year old casks. The 2014 contains 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and is at first shy but opens to reveal wonderful notes of plum, mulberry, black olive, pepper and herbs. Drink 2022-2035.
