St Henri is a time-honoured and alternative expression of Shiraz unusual among high quality Australian red wines as it is matured in 50+ year old casks. The sensational 2013 release contains 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and is wonderfully complex with notes of blueberry, mulberry, black cherry, liquorice, tar and spices. It is certainly one to age further.
