First released in 1964, Bin 707 perfectly reflects the Penfolds ‘House Style’ through a Cabernet Sauvignon lens. A multi-regional blend with fruit sourced from McLaren Vale, Coonawarra, Barossa Valley and Padthaway. Matured for 18 months in new American oak hogsheads. On the nose, glorious black olive and cigar notes mingle with floral nuances and roasted, meaty complexity. Rich on the palate with graphite notes and discrete tannins. Drink 2025-2050.
