Produced from the red Monastrell (Mourvèdre) variety, this intense cherry red colour wine offers up aromas of ripe fruit, following through to a long and spicy finish on the palate, with complexity from 6-8 months aging in French wood. Beautifully balanced, pair with meat stews, mushrooms and cured cheeses.
