Ovid Winery was established in 1998 and has cemented a reputation as an experimental boutique producer crafting some remarkably interesting fine wines from a single organically farmed vineyard in Pritchard Hill, Napa. 2005 was the first commercially released vintage and was made by ex-Screaming Eagle winemaker, Andy Erickson. It is an exuberant yet impeccably balanced wine with notes of warm blackcurrants, black raspberry, exotic spices, forest floor and herbs. An incredible debut release.
