2015 Ornellaia is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot. After the cooler 2014, this 2015 is a sensational return to bombastic intensity, sumptuous texture and defined rich fruit. Dense, full-bodied and with classy tannins this is dangerously drinkable but will reward long-term cellaring.
