A very rare, Old Rip Van Winkle 15YO which was replaced by the legendary Pappy Van Winkle 15YO in 2004. Distilled at the now lost Stitzel Weller Distillery, this is a creamy, full-bodied Bourbon with a complex nose of cherries, forest fruit, sweet smoke and toffee. The palate is honeyed and full with a touch of bitter oak before a finish of roasted nuts and cinnamon.
