Taras Ochota is an exciting new generation winemaker re-defining the Australian minimum-intervention wine scene with his inventive, small batch wines. The Slint is 100% Chardonnay made in a cool-climate style (sub-13%!) with minimal oak. It is a vibrant wine with abundant notes of ripe grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, flinty minerality and a saline tang.
