This is a Reposado tequila from Ocho`s 2016 harvest, which took place at Rancho Puerta del Aire, located about 3 km northeast from La Alteña. The tequila was made from agaves which were 7 years old and aged in worn ex-American whiskey barrels. The resulting spirit is light, elegant and enjoyably zesty.
