Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2003 is a vintage blanc de blancs sparkling wine produced in West Sussex, UK. Nyetimber has forged a reputation as one of the UK’s pre-eminent producers of Champagne-method sparkling wine. Produced from a single vintage and given extended time maturing on lees, this pure Chardonnay blanc de blancs was the first style ever produced at Nyetimber back in the early 1990s. From the memorably warm 2003 UK vintage, this is rich and oxidative with complex notes of creamy vanilla, toast and roasted nuts.
