Nascetta is a complex, unusual and delicate semi-aromatic white variety which almost died out in the 20th century. The nose offers intriguing notes of wild flowers, citrus and aromatic herbs with a palate of acacia honey, sage and rosemary. The Rivetto family also gives this 72hrs maceration with skins adding extra complexity and texture.
