Napanook is another wine of the Moueix-run Dominus stable made from a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties from specifically selected estate plots. It is to be enjoyed young whilst at its most exuberant but has enough fruit density, complexity and textural fibre to benefit from bottle age. 2015 was a superb release with delicious notes of cassis, bitter chocolate, liquorice, scorched earth and dried flowers.
