From the incredibly high-quality 2015 vintage, this is an arrestingly beautiful wine from the highly revered Pauillac First Growth, Château Mouton Rothschild. Composed of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, it is densely packed with wonderfully ripe fruit and immense savoury complexity. The finest vintages of Mouton often require considerable cellaring to reveal its true depths and this will certainly need at least 5-8 years before broaching.
The 2015 label artwork was by German artist, Gerhard Richter and is called ‘Flux’.
