Moscato d`Asti Cascinetta Vietti Half 2019

This is a wonderful frizzante Moscato d’Asti produced by Piedmont legend, Vietti. For Cascinetta, only the best Moscato grapes from selected vineyards in Castiglione Tinella that are almost 40 years old. Pale yellow in the glass, it offers up intense aromas of peach, mandarin, rose petals and stem ginger. On the palate it is supremely well-balanced, with its delicate sweetness balanced by perfectly judged acidity. This a perfect aperitif drink but is also excellent alongside creamy desserts and fruit-based pastries.
