This 1991 vintage Mortlach was released to celebrate Signatory`s 35th anniversary. The whisky underwent an impressive 32-year maturation in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask before being bottled at the pinnacle of its development. It presents a full-bodied and substantial mouthfeel, with notes of stewed fruit, orange marmalade, plums, dried meat, and hints of vanilla.
