Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Odoul-Coquard is a 9-hectare estate, covering 20 different appellations, the smallest delivering the equivalent of just 2 barrels. The estate is currently managed by Sébastian Odoul, the latest generation of the family to join the team. This release comes from ‘La Riotte’, one of the 20 Premier Cru vineyards in Morey-Saint-Denis. Similar to many others in the appellation, this 2.4-hectare parcel is planted entirely to Pinot Noir, producing wines that are typically medium-bodied, fruit-forward and structured.
