Situated in the village of Saint-Romain, Henri et Gilles Buisson is a family-owned domaine dating back to the 12th century. Their vineyards have been organically farmed since the 1970s and became biodynamically certified in 2018. This particular cuvée is a blend of plots of ‘Chevalières’ and ‘Luchets’, which are next to each other. Expect notes of orange blossom, white flowers, stone fruits, marzipan and toasted hazelnuts.
