Mestres is one of the oldest producers of Cava with a history that dates back as far as 1312. They bottled their first sparkling in 1925 and still use the traditional native grape varieties and winemaking techniques favoured by their ancestors. `Clos Nostre Senyor` is an elegant single vineyard Cava made from a blend of native Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties.
