The Maximin Grünhaus estate dates back to the 7th Century and is based in the Ruwer Valley, a tiny tributary that joins the Mosel that is often noted for its slightly cooler conditions. This is an assertive and fresh style of dry Riesling with delicious citrus and stone fruit notes, subtle floral lift and crackling energy from the bright acidity that runs throughout.
