The Chardonnay from Matar comes from the Galilee region in Israel. It is aged for 8 months in 30% new French oak and comes in at 12.6% alcohol. It is a pleasing, elegant and varietally assured Chardonnay with light hints of oak maturation. A lovely aperitif wine but equally as happy alongside many different foods.
