Mas Cristine Blanc 2017

Mas Cristine is a lovely estate located in the southern French town of Collioure producing wines in the Côtes du Roussillon Appellation. The Blanc is made from mostly Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and Macabeu with lesser parts Roussanne, Vermentino and Carignan Gris, fermented and separately in a combination of tank and barrel for 6 months. It is medium- to full-bodied with delicious notes of tangerine and stone fruits, with subtle herbal notes and a light kiss of oak. Bright, fresh and full of Mediterranean sunshine, this is a beautiful wine to drink by itself but pairs brilliantly with fresh seafood.
