World-renowned Château Margaux was one of only four wine producers to achieve First Growth status in the original Bordeaux Classification of 1855. The estate, which has been owned by the Mentzelopoulos family since 1978, consistently produces some of the most elegant wines in the Médoc. This release is the 1970 vintage from its grand vin. The nose is complex, well developed and harmonious, whereas the palate is quite elegant, with a lovely dry finish. Ready to drink now.
