Named after famed bartender Giancarlo Mancino, this sweet, artisan vermouth is aged in a single Italian oak cask for one year, to produce this ‘vecchio’ expression. On the nose, there are enticing aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, pine and prunes. The palate suggests clove spice, quinine and bitter orange, complemented by liquorice and currants.
