This wine is a brut-style traditional method sparkling wine made from the Muscat grape. The nose is classically aromatic with scents of exotic fruit, jasmine, orange blossom and a subtle yeasty richness. The palate has initial aromatic power and great fruit intensity but subsides to reveal a lovely salinity and minerality.
