A 28-year-old Macallan single malt independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose reveals notes if elderflower, green apple and nectarine, with just a hint of buttered toast. On the palate, the whisky is delicate and smooth, creating an oily mouthfeel, with hints of milk chocolate, forest fruits and spices. This is their 20th batch, bottled at 43.6% ABV.
