In recent vintages, the 5ème Cru Classé Château Lynch-Bages has been remarkably consistent and, whilst the 2017 vintage will probably forever live in the shadows of the exceptional 2015 and 2016 release, this is a wonderfully classic expression of Pauillac with excellent potential longevity. It is a very typical blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
