Cristal Vinothèque 1999 is the collection of only a small number of bottles, laid down for 20 years in the Louis Roederer cellars. A blend of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay, with a proportion of the wine vinified in oak barrels. The nose combines citrus fruits, roasted hazelnuts and freshly baked pastries. The palate is captivating and smooth, with distinctive notes of candied citrus fruits, oriental spices and vanilla.
