Louis M Martini is amongst the most historically significant producers in the Napa Valley having been one of the original post-Prohibition winemaking pioneers. Lot No.1 represents their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon and is a selection of the finest lots deemed to have superior characteristics, complexity and potential longevity. The 2008 is deeply coloured, exceptionally rich and sumptuously textured. It exhibits exuberant notes of black cherry, crème de cassis, pain grille, liquorice, herbs and baking spices.
