A key name on the Italian winemaking scene, Livio Felluga moved to Friuli in the late 1930s and made his home on the gentle foothills of Rosazzo. He has sought to rebuild the Friuli wine tradition, renovating the old vineyards of Rosazzo and planting new ones, introducing innovative ideas and methods. This is a generous, floral expression of the Pinot Grigio variety, with notes of acacia and jasmine mingling with hints of Golden Delicious apple and stone fruit. With its rich and complex palate, match with fish dishes, risottos and vegetable flans. Sold in approachable half bottle format.
