Littorai Wines was founded in 1993 by Heidi and Ted Lemon and is a small, family owned and operated winery producing world class single vineyard European-styled Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The organically farmed Cerise Vineyard is planted at 800-1000ft in elevation in the cool, foggy Anderson Valley. The 2016 is beautifully pure with notes of crunchy red berries, cumin, cardamom and red liquorice. This would be delicious alongside roasted game.
