Created by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, the Càrn Mòr brand releases a range of rare and unique independent bottlings. This single malt was distilled in 2011 at Linkwood and aged in first-fill bourbon and rye barrels until 2020. The resulting whisky has a spicy and zesty nose, including dried orange peels and cinnamon sticks. The palate is slightly peppery but balanced by some hints of chocolate.
