Lillian Cabernet Sauvignon
Maggie Harrison previously worked with Manfred Krankl at Sine Qua Non before releasing her own Lillian label Syrah in 2004. Over time the project has grown to now also include Cabernet Sauvignon and Roussanne. The fruit source for the Cabernet Sauvignon is the True Vineyard which is situated on Howell Mountain. This is a lavish yet superbly chiselled wine, with ample black fruits, violetty lift and alluring mineral depth. A cracking wine with excellent cellaring potential.
