Hailing from the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, Château Les Hauts-Conseillants spans 10ha of vineyards, with a dominance of Merlot plantings. The 2015 is composed of a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, now in its drinking prime. Expect a well-structured palate of plums and cherries, with tobacco and liquorice complexity. Sold in approachable half bottle.
