St-Julien Second Growth Château Léoville Poyferré has had a remarkable run of form since the year 2000 and the 2015 release is yet another high point. A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, it is rich, bold and full-bodied, with intense notes of crème de cassis, black cherry, cedar, dried herbs and graphite. A classic release with firm tannic structure and will drink optimally from 2025 to 2050.
