Owned and operated by the 11th generation of the Chivite family, Bodegas J. Chivite is by far the oldest and certainly one of the most revered producers in the region of Navarra. An attractive pale pink colour, Las Fincas Rosado is a barrel fermented Garnacha with rich notes of summer fruits, spices and dried rose petals. Textural and layered yet abundantly fresh, this is a wonderfully food friendly rosé and would pair beautifully with barbecued prawns with garlic butter.
