The 2019 release of Laphroaig`s highly awarded 25YO. Aged in a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon barrels, this is a rich, full Islay malt with notes of seaweed, bonfire and peat giving way to toasted nuts and polished oak on the palate. The finish is oily and long with complex flourishes of smoke and Sherry - simply fantastic.
