Château Langoa-Barton is a 3ème Grand Cru Classé estate situated in Saint-Julien and is well-known for producing incredibly traditional and somewhat old-school wines. 2006 is a seriously underrated Bordeaux vintage and, unusually, offers a slightly earlier drinking option for a wine that is often exceptionally tannic. It is medium-bodied, supple and ripe, with lovely notes of dark fruits, exotic spices, liquorice and earth.
