Lafite Rothschild Magnum 1990

Château Lafite Rothschild was one of only four wine-producing properties awarded First Growth status in the 1855 Bordeaux classification. Situated in the northern part of Pauillac, the iconic estate is blessed with a truly unique terroir. This is the 1990 vintage of its flagship wine, a blend composed of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 13% Cabernet Franc, aged for 18-20 months in 100% new barrels. On the nose, a complex mix of blue and black fruits with smoke, leather and spice nuances. Fine tannins on the palate leading to a very long finish.
