La Tâche is a small Grand Cru vineyard in the village of Vosne-Romanée, at the heart of the Cote de Nuits, and is a monopole of the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. The 1989 is now perfectly at peak for drinking with its initially quite tannic framework now having softened and nicely integrated.
