The name of this excellent Kentucky Owl bourbon is a nod to the barrels the government `confiscated` from the founder`s great-great grandfather during the 1920s’ Prohibition. On the nose, the whiskey suggests aromas of peach, vanilla, tobacco leaves and spices. The palate offers a creamy texture, with more spices and herbal notes.
