A limited release rye whisky from Kentucky Owl. A classic note of spice immediately jumps out on the nose along with a hints of pie, vanilla and a toasty oak. Yeh more spice on fruit on the palate, which starts sweet and leads to a dryer finish with notes of oak, baking spice and peppery on the finish.
