Keigetsu CEL 24 Junmai Daiginjo 50 is a modern-style Japanese sake, produced by Tosa Brewery. The rice is made with Gin-no-yume sourced locally from Kochi and a special yeast, CEL 24, which is also native to Kochi and plays a critical role in the flavour profile. Expect a light expression, with plenty tropical fruits on the nose and a refreshing, mineral acidity.
