Terrasse is Keermont`s barrel fermented white blend which derives its name from the terraced vineyards leading up the mountains on the estate. The 2019 release is a marvellous blend of 55% Chenin Blanc, 18% Chardonnay, 16% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Viognier and 1% Roussanne. Revealing an explosive bouquet of lime, apple, pineapple, and peach with notes of vanilla, and butterscotch. The palate is rich, but fresh, with ripe apricot, peach, and pear flavours complimented by cut grass and vanilla oak.
