A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier, this champagne spent a minimum of 6 years on the lees. Light in colour, with green reflections, and a varied aroma profile, including white peaches, yellow plums, honeysuckle, brioche and some quince. The palate is dry and crisp, with touches of lemon zest, ginger, apples skins and apricot.
