Joh. Jos Prüm is one of the finest estates in Mosel, Germany and is amongst the most venerated producers of Riesling in the world. From the superb 2018 vintage, this is a ripe, intense and almost creamy wine from the revered Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard. Though lush and generous on the palate, it is beautifully balanced by keen acidity and has lovely mineral tension through the finish. This will be best with a few more years cellaring but should develop wonderful in bottle.
