Gary Mills of Jamsheed makes wonderfully elegant and aromatic white wines from cool climate vineyards in the lesser known parts of the Yarra Valley, Victoria. The Wandin comes from an organically farmed vineyard and is wild-yeast fermented in 800- and 500-litre oak foudres and aged ‘sur lie’ for 10 months.
