Founded in 1798 – and still pushing boundaries today – Jacquesson is one of the oldest, independent houses in Champagne. Cuvée No. 745 is their latest release, which is based on the 2017 vintage. It is an expression produced from grapes mainly harvested from Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry. Complemented with 30% reserve wines from the previous 700 cuvées, the blend spent 4 years on the lees. The resulting wine is elegant, dry and fruity with a complex, lengthy finish.
