Inniskillin Gold Vidal Icewine Half 2018

Recognised as one of the world`s great wines, Inniskillin Icewine is harvested at the pinnacle of Canada`s crisp winter. The grapes are naturally frozen on the vine and only harvested when the temperature drops to -10C. Only a few drops can be squeezed from each bunch, resulting in a rich and alluring sweet wine. Vidal is a hybrid (Ugni Blanc and Seibel) that has a thick skin suitable for harvesting late in the season. The variety`s good natural acidity gives great structure to the lusciousness of its tropical aromas and flavours of mango and lychee. Serve with deserts or after a fine meal.
