The Highland Park The Sword - Viking Collection was distilled in 1997 and released in 2010. The whisky was matured exclusively in sherry casks, with a majority of these casks being refill casks. On the nose, you’ll find smoky aromas, mixed with honey, caramel, mild oak, vanilla, soft spices and red berries. On the palate, mild peppers and a pinch of salt, followed by honey and dried fruits.
